Biography: MK&GENTLEMEN are on the upswing, led by front man Mick Kelleher. The unsigned band has been packing house parties and festival shows with their unique sound, high energy, and dedicated fans. "I never really planned on pursuing a music career," admits the 27-year-old kid from Texas hiding behind a beard that should mask his boyish face, but doesn't.
So what does MK&GENTLEMEN bring to the party? Songs in the vein of chasing women in the city, beach parties, or both. Everything you would expect from a band coming into their own, yet what sets them apart are honest lyrics, a commanding albeit laidback presence, and a natural, honest view of what life in the city and beach can create.
