When I’m around in Santa Barbara, my favorite waves are Sandspit and Rincon, both perfect barreling rights what’s not to love. As for abroad, I think the Mentawai Islands definitely host some of the best waves on the planet. Do you snowboard? Yes, and it's the sickest thing ever! I don't get to go to often, maybe once or twice a year, but there’s nothing like fresh powder. It’s seriously just like surfing.
